By accessing and using the services provided by Homelab Enterprises ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Homelab Enterprises provides cybersecurity and managed services, including but not limited to threat intelligence, infrastructure hardening, incident response, network security, continuous monitoring, and strategic consulting. Specific services are detailed in individual service agreements.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Service level agreements (SLAs) are established on a per-client basis and are detailed in individual service contracts. Specific terms, including response times, availability guarantees, and remedies, are outlined in these agreements.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, methodologies, and operations. All client relationships are governed by non-disclosure agreements. We do not disclose client identities or specific security measures publicly.
All content, methodologies, tools, and intellectual property developed by Homelab Enterprises remain our exclusive property. Clients receive a license to use our services but do not acquire ownership of our proprietary methods or tools.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Fees are typically invoiced monthly or as otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination as outlined in the service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homelab Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homelab Enterprises from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified in the individual service contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of breach of these Terms or illegal activity.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber attacks, or government actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Specific jurisdiction may be detailed in individual service agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any individual service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Homelab Enterprises regarding the use of our services.
